Modra calls for Hanson velodrome fix

THE ongoing closure of the Hanson Reserve velodrome is robbing young cyclists of opportunities, Paralympian Kieran Modra says.

On the eve of his seventh Paralympic Games, Modra, 40, is a member of the Kilkenny Cycling Club and said he would not be where he is now with the velodrome.
